Anesthesia Charges

Coastal Anesthesia operates on a fee-for-service model. We partner with healthcare facilities but do not work directly for them, meaning anesthesia charges are billed separately and are not included in your surgeon or facility bill. The cost of anesthesia services varies based on the duration and complexity of the procedure and the level of care required.

Payment Options

We accept payment by cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Patients should send payment to the address on your invoice.

Payment Policy

If your insurance deductible has not been met or you have coinsurance responsibilities, you may have a remaining balance. If you’ve provided secondary insurance information, our billing company will submit the claim on your behalf. You will receive a statement for any remaining balance owed. This amount is due upon receipt of the statement.

Cash-Pay / Self-Pay

For cash-pay or self-pay cases, we establish separate arrangements with each facility. To estimate and arrange payment for anesthesia services, please contact the facility where your surgery is scheduled.
